Giovanni Francesco Zacharias Franken (born 14 November 1977 in Rotterdam) is a footballer who represents the Netherlands Antilles at international level. He plays club football with amateur side RVVH Ridderkerk.

Coming through the youth ranks at Feyenoord, Franken left the Rotterdam-based side in 1998 without making an appearance to join FC Dordrecht. After spending one season with Dordrecht, Franken joined RKC Waalwijk, where he spent three seasons. He later played with amateur sides DOTO and VV Barendrecht. He signed for RVVH Ridderkerk in 2007.
Franken has represented Netherlands Antilles at international level, making his debut in 2004.
